How to order?

Please fill out the secure online order form, and submit it to us. The confirmation of your order is generated automatically by our server. It will be sent to you immediately upon submitting your order, and contains all informations you need about your order (recommended method).
Of course, you may also print our FAX order form, and send it to us by mail/FAX.

How to pay?

We will handle your order as you specified on the order form:

'Nachnahme':	You need nothing more to do. Your order will be sent immediately. 'Nachnahme' is only available within Germany.
Euro-cheque:	Please send us an Euro-cheque by mail. We will send your order as soon as we receive your Euro-cheque.
Transfer to bank account:	Please make a transfer to our bank account. If you choose this option, you will find all necessary information on our server generated confirmation of your order.
EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, VISA:	You can provide card number and expiration date on-line on the order form, because we are using a secure internet connection with encryption of your data (recommended method). If you will not take advantage of this, feel free to send your credit card details separately by mail/fax. We will send your order as soon as we receive this information.

Please be sure to make bank transfers in EURO, and to draw Euro-cheques in EURO; credit cards are generally charged in EURO. The US$ prices on our pages are for your convenience to compare easily, using a currency conversion factor of 1 EURO = 1.05 US$. All items remain the property of EXTRAVAGANCE until such time as full payment is received.

We will send your order by packet service or German Post. Standard shipment within Europe is by land, standard shipment to overseas is by air-mail (EURO 22.--). Please advise us differently on the order form, if you prefer another shipment method.

Discounts:

We are able to give a 10% discount on orders exceeding EURO 125.-- (US$ 131.25).

Delivery times:

Your order is sent within 3 days, if everything is in stock. In the case of a missing item, we apologize that delivery may be delayed by up to 4 weeks. In this case, we decide whether to send in advance what we have, or everything together when your order is completed.

Exchange policy:

Each item of your order is checked before shipping. We apologize, that we can only exchange unworn items.
If you are not sure about the right size or colour, feel free to send us an inquiry by e-mail. We will try to help you as much as possible. Please allow us a delay of 2-3 days in replying to your e-mails.

Latex products:

Elbow length gloves are getting wide above the elbow, as seen in the images. Shoulder length gloves are tight fitting up to the shoulder.

Gloves and stockings may be longer than you actually need it. We would be happy to supply them in the correct length, if you provide us a measurement. Of course, you can cut them to the desired length also by your own.

All items are shipped slightly powdered. Please use a latex polish to get them shiny. We provide a silicon based latex polish (400ml, 10.90 EURO / 11.44 US$).

Ladies and Men sizes:

Sizes are country specific, depending on the particular product: UK:english sizes; DE:german sizes; EU:european sizes; US sizes: XS,S,M,L,XL.

Shoe sizes:

Unfortunately, there is no international, and even no european standard in shoe sizes. In order to help you in choosing the right shoe size, we provide a shoe size conversion chart which covers most of the usual shoe sizing systems.
